iMedidata How to Change Your Expired Password

If you have not changed your password in more than 90 days (but less than 120 days) you will be automatically redirected to the Change Password page the next time you log into iMedidata. You are required to update your password before being granted access to iMedidata.

  1. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
  2. Enter your new password in the New Password and Password Confirmation fields.
    • Passwords must:
      • be at least eight (8) characters in length,
      • contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number,
      • be at least of Moderate strength,
      • not be one of your last ten (10) passwords.
  3. Click Change.

iMedidata passwords expire after 120 days. If you have not changed your password in the last 120 days, you must reset your password and re-authenticate your iMedidata account

Important:

  • If you have multiple iMedidata accounts, be sure you are using the correct email address when resetting your password.
  1. Enter www.imedidata.com in your browser address field.
  2. Click I forgot my username or password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your iMedidata account.
  4. Click Send.
  5. In the Forgotten Username or Password email, click Reset your password.
  6. Enter your new password in the New Password and Password Confirmation fields.
    • Passwords must:
      • be at least eight (8) characters in length,
      • contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number,
      • be at least of Moderate strength,
      • not be one of your last ten (10) passwords.
  7. Click Reset Password.


4-hour Password Reset Limit

The Reset Password link is only valid for 4 hours after it is requested. A new password reset link must be requested after 4 hours has elapsed.
